FUNCTION OF VITAMINS

Vitamin A
 
v  Helps you to see in the day and at night.
v  Protects you from infections by keeping
skin and other body parts healthy.
v  Promotes normal growth and development.
v  Vitamin A contains anti ageing properties that prevent formation of fine lines and wrinkles on the skin assisting in cell rejuvenation.
v  They help develop strong teeth, healthy bones, protect against cataracts, Alzheimer’s disease, arthritis, cardiac problems and age related macular degeneration.

Vitamin B1 (Thiamin)

v  Helps with energy production in your body.
v  B1 are compulsory for effective functioning of the brain.
v  VitaminB1 prevents formation of kidney stones.

Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin)

v  Helps with energy production in your body.
v  Helps your body use other B vitamins.
v  VitaminB2 (Riboflavin) alleviates symptoms of migraine.

Vitamin B3 (Niacin)
